As promised in my last post about , I have a list compiled for you today of all of the recipes that I’ve used throughout my Whole30. All of these recipes are extremely easy, contain minimal ingredients, and take very little time to make. (With the exception of a few crock-pot recipes of course). Easy was the key when it came to my Whole30. I work 4 days per week and have a 45 minute commute to and from work. I typically get home around 5:15pm and hurry to get dinner ready so no one (including myself) gets hangry. It’s serious business and easy is the name of the game for us. No frilly, fancy Whole30 happening over here, that’s for sure!

But that also doesn’t meant that I just ate salads the whole time, either. You can easily transform meals that you’re already making into a Whole30 compliant meal. It may seem impossible, but it’s easier than you may think.

Here are the recipes that I used on the Whole30. I should say, this doesn’t include everything I ate on the Whole30. There are times when I would just whip something up with compliant ingredients and surprise myself and make a meal out of it. I also ate a lot of fruits, vegetables, Rx bars, and Lara bars as snacks, too. Those things don’t involve a recipe, so I didn’t include them. 🙂

Breakfast:



Lunch:


(I served mine over cauliflower rice).

Don’t forget to use leftovers as lunches, too.

Dinner:

Other Easy Dinner/Lunch Ideas:

– Spaghetti (Compliant pasta sauce, ground beef, and zoodles or spaghetti squash).
– BLTs (Use a lettuce leaf to replace the toast and compliant mayo).
– Tacos (Omit the taco shell and make a big ol’ taco salad).
– Burgers (Eat your burger sandwiched between two lettuce leafs and serve with homemade sweet potato fries).
– Egg salad on a lettuce wrap (Use Primal Kitchen mayo or Primal Kitchen Chipotle mayo).
– Tuna salad on a lettuce wrap
– Salmon mixed with Primal Kitchen mayo on a lettuce wrap
– Bacon Wrapped Chicken (Make sure your bacon has no added sugar or maple syrup).

Snacks:

Pro-Tip: I made a little extra soup when I made the butternut squash soup, taco soup, and chili and then froze it. That way, if I didn’t have time to prep my lunches for the week I’d have something to fall back on. I almost always make time for meal prep, because it’s something I truly enjoy, but sometimes (especially around the holidays) weekends just get a little too busy.

I just recently did some internet searching and found some intriguing recipes I’ll be trying over the next couple of weeks and with my next Whole30, so I thought I’d include those as well.
